Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- In its original packaging;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase if requested.
If the item is defective or damaged due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Returns Are Free
Return shipping is free for eligible returns. There is no restocking fee and no return fee. We do not charge any restocking or reshipment fees.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This helps ensure the replacement reaches you as quickly as possible.

Refund Timing
Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. If approved, we process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Who Pays Return Shipping
- If the return is due to customer remorse or a change of mind, return shipping is still free under our policy. No restocking fee applies.
- If the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, we cover return shipping and will provide a prepaid label where possible. We will also refund any original shipping charges if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
