5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Shipping is free. Processing time is 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit time is 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days. Carrier transit times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns are free. No restocking fee applies. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the return, and may take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement. We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, return the item and place a new order.
